Sandpaper People
After a great night's sleep I'm off to a productive day and now one that holds some new fires to put out. Ones I had hoped could be avoided but due to SD's emails/texts I'll be contacting my attorney as well as the Guardian. They need this information....The children are first and foremost and need to be taken care of properly, not used as pawns, by either one of us. I must admit dealing with SD Bio Dad is like oil and water and the term I heard for people who rub you the wrong was hilarious. Sandpaper people. There really are a lot of those in this world, probably to make you aappreciate those who rub you the right way...HA! Indeed, I really have to take the high road on this one and be the bigger person. Even when it involves my kids activities and whatnot. If EVER their safety or well-being is challenged....well that will be quite a different story. That could result in just a little bit of ugly, if ya know what I mean. Other than that scenario, nothing should ruffle my feathers....nothing. Name calling, threats, taunts and the like are not what I should worry with. After all, that's what got us where we are right now. Not a place I want to be, not at all. True colors do shine brightly. People hide them well sometimes, but at some point they show themselves. "Lying for a Living" is all too true. Hope they have a trailer hitch on the back of their hearse so they can take it all with them....I so remember Pastor Robby McBride preaching about this...Wish I had a tape of it....Have you ever seen a trailer ball on the back of a hearse??...I haven't.....Time to get into some devotional time. That always brings me back to reality and like it or not, this IS reality.
