This has to rank up there with the best of the best weekends that our family of three has had in quite a few years. Must be due to my divorce ALMOST being final, the passing of the anniversary of what would have been 21 years of marriage on October 14th, as well as putting a lot of the complete and utter nastiness that has happened to me, in a different place. It's not over and I'm certainly not "over it", I'm just getting "through it", BIG difference It's now, really, time to start the new chapter!! A friend posted that on thursday (the dreaded 14th) and I took it to heart. Can't even describe how different it feels, just that it's palpable and priceless. It was "my weekend" with the tiny punks and we have "done it up right". Spent quality time with great friends, gone to the SOUTH CAROLINA STATE FAIR, which in and of itself is quite entertaining, and really just enjoyed being with each other. This deserves a replay..... Most definitely.
